The community only allows 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance the home sleeps can be children under 16. $50 Resort Fee charged at check in.

This three bedroom two bathroom 1400square foot home with WiFi and Apple TV is so cozy for you friends or family. As you walk up the steps from the driveway, there is a wrap around deck to enjoy the beautiful mountain views, sunset and wildlife. At the top of the stairs you enter the home to the steps leading to the upstair and the living room with a lot of windows. Around the corner of the living room is the dining area and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. There are pots, pans, utensils, glassware and plates for 8. Turn the corner from the kitchen there is a bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also ac/heating unit to keep you comfortable. In the living room there is a door that also goes downstairs to the washer and dryer. If you go up the stairs from the living room there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. In the one bedroom there is a queen bed and twin bed. The other bedroom has a twin bed and a twin trundle bed. The home is perfect is perfect for that casual getaway to the lake. There is also and area in the back of the home with a propane BBQ. All it needs is you!

Additional charges 10% transient tax includes TMD tax. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed addition fees apply. Pet Fee $150+tax Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to park in over flow parking with a fee. Oak shores charges $50 resort fee
