Beautiful large home in Oak Shores gated community. Tri-level house boasting two living rooms, five bedrooms, three decks, fireplace and beautiful kitchen. Living room and kitchen windows provide gorgeous views of surrounding oak trees and mountains. A peekaboo view of the lake means you’re less than a few minutes to the boat launch and the community pool. Maximum 8 people 16 and older. $50 resort fee charged at check in.

Guests have access to entire home except the garage. Home is three stories and does require the use of stairs to get to all bedrooms.

Other things to note

Please note we have a strict policy on the maximum number of guests. A maximum of ten guests will be permitted (only eight of which may be over the age of 16 per Oak Shores Community Regulations) and all names must be provided prior to arrival. Property is monitored by cameras to ensure maximum guests aren’t exceeded.

Per the Oak Shores Community Association Rules, A MAXIMUM OF 8 ADULTS MAY STAY AT THIS HOUSE. An additional two guests may be children under the age of 16 years old making it a maximum of ten guests. Guests/Renters must also sign and agree to the Oak Shores Community Association Guidelines before their stay. A maximum of two cars and one trailer may be parked at the house. If there are additional cars, renters will be charged $10 per day per additional car. The additional cars must be parked in the overflow lot within the gated community. This fee must be paid prior to arrival and a map to the overflow parking lot will be given at that time. Absolutely no pets allowed.
