HOA only allows 8 people 16 or older per house, the balance of the party can be children. $50 Resort Fee charged at check in.

10% transient tax includes TMD tax, Additional $150 pet fee plus tax for all pets. Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed per vacation home. Additional fees apply. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to be parked in over flow parking with additional fee. Oak shores also charges $50 resort fee
