There are two decks to enjoy the mountain views, one off of the living room and one off of the two downstairs bedrooms. Home is located in the gated community of OakShores with a pool, hot tub, mini golf, playground, and game area. See house rules. 8 adults max. $50 resort fee charged at check in.

Additional charges
Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed per vacation home. Additional fees apply. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to be parked in over flow parking with additional fee. Oak shores also charges $50 resort fee
