This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This over 2700 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pet friendly home sleeps 12. Below the home is a great spot for off street parking for your boat trailer. Once in the garage you will find your evening entertainment with a foosball table and ping pong table. As you walk towards the door to enter the home to the left is the first bedroom with bunk beds (full/twin)with twin trundle. 8 Adults maximum. $50 resort fee collected at check in.

The space

As you enter the home to the left is the bathroom with tub/shower. The second and third bedroom are located on this level with queen beds in each room. As you go up the flight of stairs you come into the open concept main living space. For more entertainment there is a pool table! There is a bathroom with shower on this level. There is also large sectional couch in the living room and dining set if you don’t feel like enjoying the large outdoor decks to enjoy a meal. The decks are very large and have lake views to relax. The kitchen has granite counter tops, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and enough pots, pans, utensils, dishware, silverware, and glassware for 12. Off of the is the laundry room. In the laundry room you will find a door to the outside and another door that goes up to the Master Suite. The Master has a king bed and Ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a full sofa bed in this room. This room has a remote for it’s own A/C unit separate from the rest of the home that has another A/C heating unit. Off the master there is a door that opens to a breezeway that goes out onto it’s own private deck. Perfect if you want some quite time. It’s time to enjoy this gem of a home.

Additional Rules

Additional charges 10.5% transient tax includes TMD tax. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed addition fees apply. Pet Fee $150+tax Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to park in over flow parking with a fee. Oak shores charges $50 resort fee
