The community only allows 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance the home sleeps can be children under 16. $50 Resort fee charge at check in.

This 1864 square foot home is three bedrooms with bunk area and three bathrooms sleeping up to 10 with private dock and WiFi. This property gives you a secluded feel when you pull up to it as it has a unique wall of river bed stone that secludes the home but is part of the compound to the other home. You walk through a courtyard to the front door. As you enter the home, straight ahead, is the living space with windows and doors to the deck with a beautiful lake view. The living room has leather couches and a smart TV so bring your passwords! It also has a Bose music system. The A/C heating thermostat is located in this area for easy temperature control convenience. Off the open concept living room, to the left, is a large dining table and kitchen with Corian countertops. The kitchen has a wine fridge, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and Pots, pans, dishware, glassware and utensils for 10. Off of the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer. The deck has a 180 degree view of the lake. Enjoy the lake or the serenity of just sitting with your favorite beverage or book. There is a propane BBQ on the side of the home. Back inside by the front door there is a hall to the right the leads to the first master bedroom with a king bed, lake views and en suite bathroom with shower and dual sinks. There is the guest bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom off the bedroom with a shower. Next to the hall are steps that take you to the bunk room area and other master bedroom upstairs. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is a bunk are to a room with 2 twin beds as well as this area with 2 twin beds. This area is great for children as the ceiling line is lower. So pack some clothes and head to this great Chateaux to start hour vacation!

Additional charges

WE SUPPLY LINEN, BATH TOWELS, AND SUNDRIES. Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed per vacation home. Additional fees apply. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to be parked in over flow parking with additional fee. Oak shores also charges $50 resort fee
