Westra’s Waterfront Abode has a private dock on Lake Nacimiento, wifi, incredible lake views and is on a cul de sac to give you that private feel. It’s in the private, gated community of Oak Shores. The community has a community pool, 18 hole miniature golf course, and own boat launching facility. Great place for family and friends vacation all in Paso Robles wine country.
The space
The community only allows 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance the home sleeps can be children under 16. $50 Resort Fee charged at check in.

This four bedroom, three bathroom 2474 square lakefront home with private dock , WiFi , and Dish TV sleeps 8 and has more than you can ever ask for. Parking can accommodate 2 vehicle and a boat trailer. The abode is in a cul de sac and has a nice private feel. Once there you will never want to leave. It’s just waiting for you to create those family and friend memories. As you walk into the main level of the home you instantly are drawn to the multiple glass doors that showoff that fabulous lake view as you look through the living room. Through the light and airy living room you can enter the large deck that is great for entertaining since it has electronic canopies to shade you in the summer months. Looking below to the lake you will find the Private dock that has a canopy to protect your boat. There is a propane BBQ and seating on the deck to enjoy any time of the day. The living room also has a smart TV. There is the A/C and heating unit to keep you comfortable during your stay To the left of the living room is the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, and utensils for eight. Back towards the living room there are steps that lead upstairs to the bedroom or a door that takes you down a spiral staircase to the lower level. Upstairs you find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and lakeviews. There is also a bathroom with shower. The Master bedroom is also on this level with a king bed, TV, Lakeviews, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. From the main level if you go down the spiral staircase you will find a room with a queen bed, access to the lower deck. This level also has a bathroom with a shower and laundry room.

Additional charges
WE SUPPLY LINEN, BATH TOWELS, AND SUNDRIES. Additional charges 10% transient tax includes TMD tax. Oak Shores only allows a MAXIMUM OF 8 people over age 16 in any one vacation home. The balance can be made up of children under 16. Only 1 boat or 2 jet skies on one trailer allowed per vacation home. Additional fees apply. Only 2 vehicles allowed to be parked at home. All other vehicles are to be parked in over flow parking with additional fee. Oak shores also charges $50 resort fee
